  • Cancellations submitted more than 60 days prior to the training date are eligible for a partial refund, less applicable platform fees.
  • Cancellations submitted within 60 days of the training date are non-refundable.

  • Aquatic Informatics may reschedule or cancel a training if required, including where minimum participant numbers are not met or for other operational reasons; in such cases, only a refund or transfer will be offered.
